Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh jasa layanan, kepercayaan dan citra perusahaan terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa freight forwarding (Studi Kasus Pengguna Jasa di PT. Sarijasa Transutama) Metoda yang digunakan adalah asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, Metoda survei dilakukan dengan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan datanya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna jasa (pelanggan tetap) di PT. Sarijasa Transutama. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 79 pengguna jasa. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SPSS Ver. 26. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan jasa layanan terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa freight forwarding di PT. Sarijasa Transutama, Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepercayaan terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa freight forwarding di PT. Sarijasa Transutama, Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan citra perusahaan terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa freight forwarding di PT. Sarijasa Transutama, dan Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan jasa layanan, kepercayaan dan citra perusahaan terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa freight forwarding di PT. Sarijasa Transutama This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of services, trust and company image on the decision to use freight forwarding services (Case Study of Service Users at PT. Sarijasa Transutama) The method used is causal associative with a quantitative approach. The survey method is carried out using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The population in this study are service users (regular customers) at PT. Sarijasa Transutama. The sample used is 79 people. The analytical tool used is SPSS Ver. 26. Based on the results and discussion shows that there is a positive and significant influence of services on the decision to use freight forwarding services at PT. Sarijasa Transutama, There is a positive and significant influence of trust on the decision to use freight forwarding services at PT. Sarijasa Transutama, There is a positive and significant influence of corporate image on the decision to use freight forwarding services at PT.
