Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Dampak Teknologi Informasi dan Sumber Daya Manusia yang Kompeten Terhadap Laporan Keuangan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Sumber data diperoleh melalui wawancara kepada 3 orang informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi informasi dan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dapat meningkatkan kecepatan dan ketepatan dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan pada PT. Duta Rendra Mulya. Kebijakan perusahaan tentang penggunaan teknologi informasi berbasis aplikasi Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) GoPalms dan penyerapan sumber daya manusia yang berstandar tinggi dimana calon karyawan harus berkompeten pada bidang akuntansi dan pengalaman dua tahun terbukti membuat pelaporan keuangan di perusahaan ini jauh lebih berkualitas. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan beberapa tahun belakangan ini pelaporan keuangannya lebih cepat, lebih andal dan sesuai dengan kondisi yang ada, berbeda dengan sebelumnya yang masih serba manual dan kurangnya kompetensi sumber daya manusia, pelaporan keuangan belum cepat dan sistematis, juga masih banyak human error seperti salah ketik, format tidak rapih, dan sebagainya This study aims to determine the Impact of Information Technology and Competent Human Resources on Financial Statements. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The data used in this study is primary data. Sources of data obtained through interviews with 3 informants. The results showed that the use of information technology and competent human resources can increase the speed of accuracy of the quality of financial reporting at PT. Duta Rendra Mulya. The company's policy regarding the use of information technology based on the GoPalms Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) application and the absorption of high-standard human resources where prospective employees must be competent in the accounting field and two years of experience have proven to make financial reporting in this company much higher quality. This is evidenced by the recent years that financial reporting is faster, more reliable and in accordance with existing conditions, in contrast to the previous ones which were still completely manual and lacked human resource competence, financial reporting was not fast and systematic, and there were still many human errors such as incorrect type, untidy formatting, etc.
