Abstract
Abstrak– PT. Wahana Duta Jaya Rucika merupakan salah satu produsen pipa PVC terbesar di Indonesia. Dalam memenuhi kegiatan produksinya, PT. Wahana Duta Jaya Rucika memiliki strategi pengadaan barang untuk memperoleh kebutuhan secara efisien dan efektif. Kontrak pengadaan barang dan jasa dilakukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan barang yang dilakukan melalui proses tender maupun lelang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi perjanjian kontrak kerjasama pengadaan barang pada PT. Wahana Duta Jaya Rucika. Melalui metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif , Peneliti mengolah data berdasarkan pembelian barang di perusahaan pada tahun 2017-2021, khususnya pada barang spare part yang tergolong consumable part. Berdasarkan hasil analisa, Peneliti menemukan bahwa penerapan perjanjian kontrak kerjasama pengadaan barang dinilai cukup efektif. Penerapan ini dapat menunjang kontinuitas ketersediaan barang karena Vendor diwajibkan untuk menyediakan barang pesanan. Implementasi perjanjian kerjasama juga mampu menekan harga barang menjadi relatif lebih stabil karena terikat dengan harga kontrak. Kualitas barang terjaga dan waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk pengadaan barang menjadi lebih efisien karena adanya jadwal pengiriman. Pihak User dan Warehouse tidak perlu berulang kali mengorder barang ke bagian Purchasing. Ketiga pihak tersebut berkoordinasi untuk merencakan kebutuhan barang selama periode tertentu yang nantinya akan diorder melalui kontrak kerjasama pengadaan barang kepada Vendor terkait. Abstract - PT. Wahana Duta Jaya Rucika is one of the largest PVC pipe manufacturers in Indonesia. In fulfilling the production activities, PT. Wahana Duta Jaya Rucika has a specific procurement strategy to obtain needs efficiently and effectively. Contracts for the procurement of goods and services are carried out through tender or auction processes. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the goods procurement cooperation contract agreement at PT. Wahana Duta Jaya Rucika.Through qualitative research methods, researchers process data based on the purchase of goods in 2017-2021, especially on spare parts which are classified as consumable parts. Based on the results of the analysis, the researcher found that the implementation of the goods procurement cooperation contract agreement was considered quite effective. This application can support the continuity of the availability of goods because the related Vendors are required to provide ordered goods. The implementation of the cooperation agreement is also able to reduce the price of goods to be relatively more stable because it is tied to the contract price. The quality of goods is maintained and the time required for procurement of goods becomes more efficient due to the delivery schedule. Users and Warehouse do not need to repeatedly order goods to Purchasing. They coordinate to plan the need for goods for a certain period which will later be ordered through a goods procurement cooperation contract.
