Abstract

PENGARUH KUALITAS INFORMASI, KEMUDAHAN DAN KEPERCAYAAN TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN DI SHOPEE (Studi Kasus di RW 06 Kebantenan, Cilincing, Jakarta Utara) ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Kualitas Informasi, Kemudahan, dan Kepercayaan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian secara online di Shopee. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen Shopee yang berdomisili di RW 06, Kebantenan, Cilincing, Jakarta Utara. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel akhir sebanyak 90 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis koefisien determinasi parsial dan regresi ganda. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 24. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa Kualitas Informasi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, Kemudahan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, dan Kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Selain itu penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa Kualitas Informasi, Kemudahan, dan Kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Kata kunci : Kualitas Informasi, Kemudahan, Kepercayaan, Keputusan Pembelian. THE INFLUENCE OF INFORMATION QUALITY, EASINESS, AND TRUST ON PURCHASE DECISIONS IN SHOPEE (Case Study at RW 06 Kebantenan, Cilincing, North Jakarta) ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of Information Quality, Easiness, and Trust on Purchase Decisions at online retail Shopee. This study is a descriptive research with quantitative approach. The method used in this study is a survey method conducted using a questionnaire. The population in this study are all Shopee consumers who live in RW 06, Kebantenan, Cilincing, North Jakarta. The sample in this study was taken using purposive sampling method, with a final sample of 90 respondents. Analysis of the data used in this study is the analysis of the coefficient of partial determination and multiple regression. Data processing was carried out with the help of SPSS version 24 software. This study results that Information Quality has a significant and positive effect on Purchase Decisions, Easiness has a significant and positive influence on Purchase Decisions, and Trust has a significant and positive influence on Purchase Decisions. In addition, this study resulted that the Information Quality, Easiness, and Trust have a significant influence simultaneously on Purchase Decisions.
