Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah (1) terdapat pengaruh ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan, (2) terdapat pengaruh Leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan, (3) terdapat pengaruh ukuran perusahaan terhadap profitabilitas (4) terdapat pengaruh Leverage terhadap profitabilitas (5) terdapat pengaruh ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui profitabilitas (6) terdapat pengaruh Leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui profitabilitas, dan (7) terdapat pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan pada sektor transportasi, utilitas, dan infrastruktur tahun 2018-2021 Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan bentuk asosiatif dengan alat ukur program aplikasi computer eviews 9. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor Infrastruktur, Utilitas Dan Transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2018 sampai dengan tahun 2021. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan metode purpose sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 10 perusahaan transportasi, utilitas dan infrastruktur. Data yang digunakan data penelitian ini berupa data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metoda kombinasi time series melalui situs resmi IDX: www.idx.co.id. Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa: (1) Ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, (2) Leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, (3) Ukuran Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Profitabilitas. (4) Leverage berpengaruh positif terhadap profitabilitas, (5) Ukuran Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui profitabilitas, (6) Leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui profitabilitas, dan (7) Profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Ukuran Perusahan, Leverage, Profitabilitas, Nilai Perusahaan ABSTRACT This study aims to determine (1) there is an effect of firm size on firm value, (2) there is an effect of leverage on firm value, (3) there is an effect of firm size on profitability (4) there is an effect of leverage on profitability (5) there is an the effect of firm size on firm value through profitability (6) there is an effect of Leverage on firm value through profitability, and (7) there is an effect of profitability on firm value in the transportation, utilities, and infrastructure sectors in 2018-2021 This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative form with a measuring instrument for the computer application program eviews 9. The population of this study is the Infrastructure, Utilities and Transportation sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2018 to 2021. The sample is determined based on the purpose method. sampling, with a sample of 10 Transportation, Utility and Infrastructure companies. The data used in this study are secondary data. The data collection technique uses a time series combination method through the official IDX website: www.idx.co.id. Hypothesis testing using t test. The results of this study prove that: (1) firm size does not affect firm value, (2) leverage does not affect firm value, (3) firm size does not affect profitability. (4) Leverage has a positive effect on profitability, (5) Company size has no effect on firm P value through profitability, (6) Leverage has no effect on firm value through Profitability, and (7) Profitability has a significant positive effect on Firm Value.
