Abstract
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausalitas. Sampel penelitian ini merupakan perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia periode 2014-2018 berjumlah 20 perusahaan. Pengambilan keputusan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi data panel dengan menggunakan alat analisis eviews 10.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara kepemilikan institusional terhadap nilai perusahaan. Tidak terdapat pengaruh antara kepemilikan manajerial terhadap nilai perusahaan. Tidak terdapat pengaruh antara keputusan pendanaan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Tidak terdapat pengaruh antara profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan
