Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perhitungan dengan menggunakan metode Activity Based Costing dalam menghitung biaya rawat inap RS.Bersalin Alverna Agusta, mengetahui besarnya biaya jasa kamar rawat inap di RS. Bersalin Alvernia Agusta pada tahun 2011, dan mengetahui perbandingan antara besarnya biaya jasa rawat inap RS.Bersalin Alvernia Agusta dengan menggunakan perhitungan akuntansi biaya tradisional dan Activity Based Costing. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode expost facto, dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan kuesioner terhadap objek yang diteliti Dari hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dapat dibandingkan selisih biaya rawat inap yang telah ditentukan oleh manajemen Rumah Sakit Bersalin Alvernia Agusta dengan hasil perhitungan menggunakan pendekatan Activity Based Costing pada tipe kamar VIP dan Kelas I memberikan hasil perhitungan yang lebih kecil dari pada tarif kamar yang telah ditentukan pihak rumah sakit. Untuk tipe Kamar VIP sebesar 16.904 dan Kelas I 20.683. Sedangkan pada tipe Kelas II, dan Kelas III hasil perhitungan sistem Activity Based Costing lebih besar dari pada tarif yang telah ditentukan oleh pihak rumah sakit. Selisih untuk Kelas II Rp. 116.874, dan Kelas III Rp. 157.512. The purpose of this study was to determine the calculation using Activity Based Costing in calculating the cost of hospitalization RS.Bersalin Alverna Agusta , know the cost of inpatient services in the hospital room . Alvernia maternity Agusta in 2011 , and knowing the ratio between the cost of inpatient services RS.Bersalin Alvernia Agusta using traditional cost accounting calculation and Activity Based Costing . The method used in this study is the method of ex post facto , and data collection through interviews , observation and questionnaires to the object under study From the results obtained can be compared to the difference in hospitalization costs that have been determined by management Alvernia Hospital Maternity Agusta with the results of calculations using Activity Based Costing approach in the VIP room type and class I give the results of the calculation are smaller than the room rate specified parties hospital . For the type of VIP rooms and Class I 16 904 20 683 . While on the type Class II , and Class III the calculation of Activity Based Costing system is greater than the rate determined by the hospital . Increment for Class II Rp . 116 874 , and Class III Rp . 157 512 .
