Abstract
Tujuan suatu perusahaan adalah memakmurkan para pemegang saham yang dapat dilakukan dengan memaksimumkan nilai perusahaan. Kinerja keuangan dan Corporate Social Responcibility (CSR) diyakini merupakan bagian dari faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh kinerja keuangan dan Corporate Social Responcibility (CSR) terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling, berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan terpilih 20 perusahaan sebagai sampel. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dan untuk pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS versi 20. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Kinerja Keuangan yang diukur dengan ROE dan Corporate Social Responcibility yang diukur dengan CSR Disclosure Indeks (CSRDI) berdasarkan standar indikator GRI. Variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah Nilai Perusahaan yang diukur dengan Tobin’s Q. Analisis data dilengkapi dengan uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji f dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2 ). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan dan Corporate Social Responcibility (CSR) baik secara parsial maupun simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. The purpose of a company is to prosper shareholders to do with maximizing the value of the company. Corporate Social Responcibility (CSR) and Financial Performance is believed to be part of the factors that may affect the value of the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the empirical evidence on the effect of financial performance and corporate social Responcibility (CSR) to the value of the Company. Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique, based on predetermined criteria selected 20 companies as samples. This research was done by using multiple linear regression analysis and data processing using SPSS version 20. The independent variable in this study is that financial performance is measured by ROE and Corporate Social Responcibility measured by CSR Disclosure Index (CSRDI) standard based on the GRI indicators. The dependent variable in this study is the value measured by the Company's Tobin's Q. Analysis of the data furnished by the classical assumption test, t test, F test and test the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that financial performance and corporate social Responcibility (CSR) both partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on firm value.
