Abstract

Sebagai Wajib Pajak berbentuk badan, CV. Sentosa Putra Mandiri yang bergerak dibidang perdagangan mesin-mesin suku cadang dan perlengkapannya memiliki tanggung jawab untuk menghitung, menyetorkan, dan melaporkan pajak terutang yang berhubungan dengan perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui rekonsiliasi fiskal atas laporan keuangan komersial dan pengaruhnya terhadap jumlah pajak terutang tahun 2012. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan studi kasus, serta teknik analisis kualitatif dengan mendeskripsikan hasil perhitungan rekonsiliasi fiskal terhadap laporan keuangan perusahaan berupa Laporan Laba Rugi CV. Sentosa Putra Mandiri. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Pajak Penghasilan Terutang pada CV. Sentosa Putra Mandiri pada tahun 2012 adalah sebesar Rp1.911.125
