Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Kebijakan Dividen (DPR), Leverage (DER), dan Profitabilitas (ROA)terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV) pada perusahaan subsektor makanan dan minuman di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Variabel bebas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kebijakan Dividen (DPR), Leverage (DER), dan Profitabilitas (ROA), sedangkan variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah Nilai Perusahaan (PBV). Periode penelitian ini dimulai dari tahun 2017-2021. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi linear data panel. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 72 perusahaan, namun sampel atau Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 17 perusahaan dan ditentukan sesuai dengan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini dikelola dengan program Econometric View (E-Views 12). Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa Kebijakan Dividen (DPR), Leverage (DER) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV). Sedangkan Profitabilitas (ROA) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV). This study aims to determine how much influence the Dividend Policy (DPR), Leverage (DER), and Profitability (ROA) have on Firm Value (PBV) in food and beverage sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The independent variables used in this study are Dividend Policy (DPR), Leverage (DER), and Profitability (ROA), while the dependent variable in this study is Firm Value (PBV). This research period starts from 2017-2021. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The type of data used in this research is secondary data. The analytical method used is panel data linear regression analysis method. The total population in this study was 72 companies, but the samples or Sampels used were 17 companies and were determined according to the purposive sampling method. This research is managed by the Econometric View program (E-Views 12). The results of this study resulted that the Dividend Policy (DPR), Leverage (DER) had no significant effect on Firm Value (PBV). While Profitability (ROA) has a significant effect on Firm Value (PBV).
