Abstract
Abstrak Perusahaan merupakan kondisi tertentu yang telah dicapai oleh suatu perusahaan sebagai gambaran dari kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap perusahaan setelah melalui suatu proses kegiatan selama beberapa tahun, yaitu mulai dari perusahaan tersebut didirikan sampai dengan saat ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan sektor makanan dan minuman di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan periode 2018-2021. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah nilai perusahaan yang diukur dengan Price To Book Value (PBV). Variabel independen pada penilitian ini adalah profitabilitas yang diukur dengan Return On Asset dan leverage yang diukur dengan Debt to equity Ratio. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling yang menghasilkan 8 perusahaan sebagai sampel penilitian dari populasi sebanyak 15 perusahaa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, variabel leverage berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dan variabel ukuranh perusahaan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Kata kunci : profitabilitas, leverage, ukuran perusahaan dan nilai perusahaan ABSTRAK The condition of the company is a certain thing that has been achieved by a company as an illustration of the public's trust in the company after going through a process of activity for several years, starting from the company that was founded until now. This research was conducted on food and beverage sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. The dependent variable in this study is company value as measured by Price To Book Value (PBV). The independent variable in this research is profitability as measured by Return On Assets and leverage as measured by Debt to equity Ratio. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling method which resulted in 8 companies as research samples from a population of 15 companies. The research method used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the profitability variable had a negative and insignificant effect on firm value, the leverage variable had a negative and insignificant effect on firm value and the firm size variable had a negative and insignificant effect on firm value.
