Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja (Studi Kasus pada PT Pos Indonesia Kecamatan Pulo gadung Cabang Jakarta Timur) Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi asosiatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diukur menggunakan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Pos Indonesia Kecamatan Pulo Gadung Cabang Jakarta Timur. Metode pengambilan sempel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan data karyawan pada PT. Pos Indonesia Kecamatan Pulo Gadung Cabang Jakarta Timur sejumlah 64 karyawan yang menjadi responden dan sebagai sampel penelitian. Dalam penelitian ini Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis jalur dengan bantuan sofware WarpPLS 8.0. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan (1) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan PT. Pos Indonesia Kecamatan Pulo Gadung Cabang Jakarta Timur. Atasan PT. Pos Indonesia Kecamatan Pulo Gadung Cabang Jakarta Timur bertanggung jawab dalam hal membina karir bawahannya serta melaksanakan tugas untuk mencapai target. (2) Lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan PT. Pos Indonesia Kecamatan Pulo Gadung Cabang Jakarta Timur. Lingkungan kerja yang disebabkan karena kurangnya dalam pencahayaan alami yang berdampak pada suasana hati karyawan sehingga menurunkan aktivitas saat bekerja. (3) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan PT. Pos Indonesia Kecamatan Pulo Gadung Cabang Jakarta Timur. Karyawan termotivasi karena PT. Pos Indonesia Kecamatan Pulo Gadung Cabang Jakarta Timur memfasilitasi semua aktivitas pekerjaan yang dipakai dalam menunjang pekerjaan. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, work environment and work motivation on job satisfaction (Case Study at PT Pos Indonesia, Pulo Gadung District, East Jakarta Branch) This study uses an associative strategy. The data collection method uses a questionnaire which is measured using a Likert scale. The population in this study are employees of PT. Pos Indonesia, Pulo Gadung District, East Jakarta Branch. The sampling method uses a purposive sampling technique with employee data at PT. Pos Indonesia, Pulo Gadung District, East Jakarta Branch, with a total of 64 employees who became respondents and as research samples. In this study, the data analysis technique used was path analysis with the help of WarpPLS 8.0 software. The results of the study concluded (1) Leadership has a positive effect on job satisfaction at PT. Pos Indonesia, Pulo Gadung District, East Jakarta Branch. PT. Pos Indonesia, Pulo Gadung District, East Jakarta Branch is responsible for fostering the careers of its subordinates and carrying out tasks to achieve targets. (2) The work environment has no effect on job satisfaction at PT. Pos Indonesia, Pulo Gadung District, East Jakarta Branch. The work environment is caused by a lack of natural lighting which has an impact on the mood of employees thereby reducing activity while working. (3) Work motivation has a positive effect on job satisfaction at PT. Pos Indonesia, Pulo Gadung District, East Jakarta Branch. Employees are motivated because PT. Pos Indonesia, Pulo Gadung District, East Jakarta Branch facilitates all work activities used to support work.
