Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence price (X1), service quality (X2) and product quality (X3) had on customer satisfaction (Y) at PT Mutu Utama Panganindo. the research method used is quantitative associative research with survey methods. The sample of this research is 80 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analysis tool used is Partial Least Square (PLS) with the SmartPLS version 4.0 program and the outer model and inner model are evaluated. The results of this study indicate that the price variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, the service quality variable has a significant effect on satisfaction and the product quality variable has no significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT Mutu Utama Panganindo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh harga (X1), kualitas pelayanan (X2) dan kualitas produk (X3) terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (Y) pada PT Mutu Utama Panganindo. Metoda penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Sampel dari penelitian berjumlah 80 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan program SmartPLS version 4.0 dan dievaluasi outer model dan inner model. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan variabel kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT Mutu Utama Panganindo.
