Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efektivitas komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan work-life balance sebagai variabel moderating pada PT. Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk Cabang Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk Cabang Jakarta Pusat yang berjumlah 73 karyawan dan Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 73 karyawan. Analisis yang digunakan adalah moderated regression analysis, koefisien determinasi (r-square), dan uji t. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa efektivitas komunikasi berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, work-life balance berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, work-life balance memperkuat pengaruh efektivitas komunikasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, work-life balancememperkuat pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawanpada karyawan PT. Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk Cabang Jakarta Pusat. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of the effectiveness of communication and work environment on employee work productivity withwork-life balance as a moderating variable at PT. Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk Central Jakarta Branch. This study uses an associative quantitative research strategy. The method used in this research is survey method. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk Central Jakarta Branch, totaling 73 employees and the sample in this study were 73 employees. The analysis used is moderated regression analysis, coefficient of determination (r-square), and t test. The results of the study prove that communication effectiveness affects employee work productivity, work environment influences employee work productivity, work-life balance affects employee work productivity, work-life balance strengthens the effect of communication effectiveness on employee work productivity, work-life balance strengthens environmental influences work on employee work productivity on employees of PT.
