Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, workload and work discipline on employee performance courier at ID Express TH Jatinegara East Jakarta This research uses a descriptive research type and the method used is a quantitative approach method. Data processing using SPSS version 25.00 with statistic descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing. Data analysis techniques in this study used the coefficient of determination, t test and f test with the help of the SPSS 25 software application. The results of the analysis of the data obtained that compensation and workload have no effect on employee performance, while work discipline variables affect employee performance. Compensation, workload and work discipline affect employee performance at ID Express TH Jatinegara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, beban kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada kurir ID Express TH Jatinegara Jakarta Timur Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan metode yang digunakan adalah metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengolahan data menggunakan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25.00 dengan analisis statistik deskriptif serta pengujian hipotesis. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan sampling jenuh dan kurir ID Express TH Jatinegara berjumlah 60 responden. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji f dengan bantuan aplikasi software SPSS 25.00. Hasil analisis data yang diperoleh bahwa kompensasi dan beban kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompensasi, beban kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara bersama sama terhadap kinerja karyawan pada ID Express TH Jatinegara.
