Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap persepsi kinerja karyawan PT Dok & Perkapalan Kodja Bahari Jakarta. Strategi dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel ialah Non-probability Sampling dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Jumlah populasi yang dijadikan sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 148 responden karyawan PT. Dok & Perkaplan Kodja Bahari Jakarta yang dianalisis menggunakan software IBM SPSS versi 25. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara kuesioner melalui Google Form dan analisis statistik data menggunakan analisis koefisien determinasi parsial serta uji hipotesis dengan uji t. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap persepsi kinerja karyawan PT. Dok & Perkapalan Kodja Bahari Jakarta. Lingkungan Kerja kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap persepsi kinerja karyawan PT. Dok & Perkapalan Kodja Bahari Jakarta dan Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap persepsi kinerja karyawan PT. Dok Perkapalan Kodja Bahari Jakarta.This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, work environment and job satisfaction on the perception of employee performance at PT Dok & Perkapalan Kodja Bahari Jakarta. The strategy in this research is associative research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique is Non-probability sampling using saturated samples. The total population used as a sample in this study was 148 employees of PT.Dok & Perkapalan Kodja Bahari Jakarta which were analyzed using IBM SPSS version 25 software. Data collection techniques were by means of questionnaires through Google Forms and statistical analysis of data using analysis of the partial coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing with the t test. The result of this study indicate that partially motivation has a positive and significant effect on perceptions of employee performance at PT. Dok & Perkapalan Kodja Bahari Jakarta. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the perceptions of the performance of employees of PT. Dok & Perkapalan Kodja Bahari Jakarta and job satisfaction have a significant and positive effect on perceptions of employee performance at PT. Dok & Perkapalan Kodja Bahari Jakarta.
