Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Technology Infrastructure, Intrapreneurship, Quality Management and Leadership Transformation on Higher Education Performance The method used in this study is a survey with a quantitative causal associative approach to determine the effect of independent variables: Technology Infrastructure (X1), Intrapreneurship (X2), Quality Management (X3), Leadership Transformation (X4), on University Performance. (Y). The analysis tool used in this study is the structural equation model (SEM)-partial least squares (PLS) using the smartpls 3.0 application. The sampling technique used in this study was stratified random sampling based on certain considerations for lecturers who work at private tertiary institutions located in the LLDIKTI III environment. The sample size used in this study uses the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5% or 0.05. The results of the study show that Technology Infrastructure has a negative influence on Higher Education Performance, Technology Infrastructure has a positive influence on Intrapreneurship, Technology Infrastructure has a positive influence on Quality Management, Technology Infrastructure has a negative influence on Leadership Transformation, Intrapreneurship has a positive influence on Higher Education Performance, Intrapreneurship has a positive influence on Quality Management, Intrapreneurship has a positive influence on Leadership Transformation, Quality Management does not have a significant effect on Higher Education Performance, Quality Management has a significant effect on Leadership Transformation, and Leadership Transformation has a significant effect on Higher Education Performance . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Infrastruktur Teknologi, Intrapreunership, Quality Management, Transformasi Leadership terhadap Higher Education Performance dengan studi kasus kinerja dosen perguruan tinggi swasta di wilayah LLDIKTI III. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal kuantitatif untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel bebas : Infrastruktur Teknologi (X1), Intrapreneurship (X2), Quality Management (X3), Transformasi Leadership (X4), terdahap Higher Education Performance (Y). Alat analisis yang di pergunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan structural equation model (SEM)-partial leastsquare (PLS) dengan menggunakan aplikasi smartpls 3.0. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah stratified random sampling berdasarkan pertimbangan tertentu pada dosen yang bekerja di perguruan tinggi swasta yang berada di wilayah LLDIKTI III. Ukuran sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahah 5% atau 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat Infrastruktur Teknologi memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap Higher Education Performance, Infrastruktur Teknologi memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap Intrapreneurship, Infrastruktur teknologi memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap Quality Management, Infratsruktur Teknologi memiliki pengaruh yang negatif terhadap Transformasi Ledearship, Intrapreneurship memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap Higher Education Performance, Intraprenuership memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap Quality Management, Intrapreneurship memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap Transformasi Leadership, Quality Management tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Higher Education Performance, Quality Management berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Transformasi Leadership, dan Transformasi Leadership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Higher Education Performance.
