Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh akuntabilitas, transparansi dan kualitas layanan zakat terhadap kepercayaan muzakki dalam pembayaran zakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Pengolahan dan analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program IBM SPSS (Statistical Program For Social Sciense) versi 24.0. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah milenialJakarta Timur. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan metode purposive sampling yang dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin sebanyak 100 orang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang didistribusikan ke milenial di Jakarta Timur secara online melalui google form. Hasil penelitian menjukkan Akuntabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan muzakki. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa akuntabilitas itu tidak menjamin akan memperkuat kepercayaan muzakki. Transparansi berpengaruh secara tidak signifikan terhadap kepercayaan muzakki. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa transparansi merupakan salah satu faktor yang memperkuat kepercayaan muzakki. Kualitas layanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepercayaan muzakki. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin baik pelayanan maka akan semakin memperkuat kepercayaan muzakki. This study aims to determine the effect of accountability, transparency and quality of zakat services on muzakki's trust in zakat payments. This study uses a type of quantitative research. Data processing and analysis in this study used the IBM SPSS (Statistical Program For Social Science) version 24.0. The population in this study are East Jakarta millennials. The sample was determined based on the purposive sampling method which was calculated using the slovin formula of 100 people. The data used in this research is primary data. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire which is distributed to millennials in East Jakarta online via the Google form. The results of the study show that accountability has no effect on muzakki's trust. The results of the study showthat accountability has no effect on muzakki'strust. It can be concluded that accountability does not guarantee that it will strengthen muzakki's trust. Transparency has no significant effect on muzakki's trust. It can be concluded that transparency is one of the factors that strengthens muzakki's trust. Service quality has a significant effect on muzakki's trust. It can be concluded that the better the service, the stronger the muzakki's trust.
