Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Work life balance (X1), Kerjasama (X2), Komunikasi (X3), dan Absensi fingerprint (X4), dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan Kinerja (Y) Pegawai di Suku Dinas Sumber Daya Air Kecamatan Johar Baru. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian asosatif dengan penggunaan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan software IBM-SPSS Versi 27 dan menggunakan software Microsoft excel. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dimana anggota populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 46 karyawan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner melalui selembar kertas yang dibagikan kepada setiap koresponden. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa varibel Work Life Balance dan Kerjasama menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kepada kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan variabel Komunikasi, dan Absensi Fingerprint memilki pengaruh negatif terhadap variabel Kinerja. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence Work life balance(X1), Cooperation (X2), Communication (X3), and Attendance fingerprint (X4), in an effort to improve the performance (Y) of employees at the Johar Baru District Water Resources Service. This research uses associative research using a quantitative approach, measurement usingsoftware IBM-SPSS Version 27 and using Microsoft Excel software. The sample in this study used a saturated sampling technique where the population members used in this study were 46 employees. The data used in this research is primary data and the data collection technique uses a questionnaire via a piece of paper distributed to each correspondent. The results of this research are variable Work Life Balance (X1) and Cooperation (X2), shows that there is a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y). Meanwhile, the variables Communication (X3) and Attendance Fingerprint (X4), that there is a negative influence on the Performance variable (Y).
