Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan pelatihan terhadap produktivitas pegawai Sektor Pemadam Kebakaran Cempaka Putih Pakarta Pusat melalui motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif, Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Sektor Pemadam Kebakaran Cempaka Putih Pakarta Pusat dengan jumlah sebanyak 60 orang, yang dijadikan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh karena jumlah populasi yang relatif kecil. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara menggunakan Google Form. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS), dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS versi 4.1.1.3, yang dilakukan melalui tahapan analisis outer model, inner model, serta pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap produktivitas, tetapi berpengaruh secara tidak langsung melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap produktivitas, tetapi berpengaruh secara tidak langsung melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Pelatihan tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap produktivitas, tetapi berpengaruh secara tidak langsung melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas pegawai pada Sektor Pemadam Kebakaran Cempaka Putih Jakarta Pusat. Dalam pengaruh tidak langsung melalui motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi, hanya disiplin kerja yang memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas. Sementara itu lingkungan kerja dan pelatihan tidak memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas melalui motivasi. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the influence of work environment, work discipline, and training on employee productivity at the Sektor Pemadam Kebakaran Cempaka Putih Jakarta Pusat through motivation as a mediating variable. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study consists of all employees at the Sektor Pemadam Kebakaran Cempaka Putih Jakarta Pusat, totaling 60 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample, considering the relatively small population size. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires using Google Forms. The data analysis technique employed is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS), using SmartPLS version 4.1.1.3. The analysis was conducted through the stages of outer model analysis, inner model analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results show that the work environment does not have a direct effect on productivity but has an indirect effect through motivation as a mediating variable. Work discipline also does not have a direct effect on productivity but has an indirect effect through motivation. Likewise, training does not have a direct effect on productivity but influences it indirectly through motivation. Motivation itself has a significant effect on employee productivity at the Sektor Pemadam Kebakaran Cempaka Putih Jakarta Pusat. Among the indirect effects through motivation, work discipline has a significant indirect effect on productivity, while the work environment and training show no significant indirect effects through motivation.
