Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) variables, consisting of Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, and Timeliness, on user satisfaction with the Coretax application in companies located in East Jakarta. The research applied a quantitative approach using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the SmartPLS 4 software. The population of this study consisted of employees who use the Coretax application in carrying out tax administration processes The results indicated that content and accuracy had a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction, while format and ease of use showed no significant effect. Furthermore, timeliness had a significant effect but with a negative coefficient, meaning that the higher the perception of timeliness, the lower the user satisfaction. The conclusion of this study is that user satisfaction with the Coretax application is mainly influenced by the quality of content and the accuracy of information, while display, ease of use, and system speed do not necessarily provide a positive impact. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) yang terdiri dari Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, dan Timeliness terhadap kepuasan pengguna aplikasi Coretax pada perusahaan wilayah Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4. Populasi penelitian adalah pegawai yang menggunakan aplikasi Coretax dalam pelaksanaan administrasi perpajakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Content dan Accuracy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Sementara itu, Format dan Ease of Use tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Adapun Timeliness berpengaruh signifikan namun dengan arah koefisien negatif, sehingga semakin tinggi persepsi terhadap ketepatan waktu justru menurunkan kepuasan pengguna. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah kepuasan pengguna aplikasi Coretax lebih banyak dipengaruhi oleh kualitas isi dan akurasi informasi, sedangkan tampilan, kemudahan penggunaan, serta kecepatan sistem tidak selalu memberikan dampak positif.
