Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of communication, coordination, and organizational commitment to employee performance warehouse PT. Indokemika Jayatama. The population in this study are all employee warehouse of PT.Indokemika Jayatama. the sampling technique used was the saturated samping method, with samples using all existing populations. The data collection technique used a questionnaire for 50 respondens. The data used in this study are primary data. this research uses a corelation coefficient and determination coefficient, and hipotesis testing by IDM SPSS Statistics 24. Based on the result correlation coefficient, the result shows correlation coefficient partial communication to employee performance about 0,547 with coefficient determination partial 29.9%. correlation coefficient partial coordination to employee performance is 0,570 with coefficient determination partial 32,5%. correlation coefficient partial organization commitment to employee performance is -0,105 with coefficient determination 1,1%. Corelation coefficient simultaneus communication, coordination, and organization commitment to employee performance about 0,808 with coefficient of multiple determination 65,3%. Based on the results partial hypothesis testing, communication has significant affect to employee performance with a significant t 0.000 < 0.05. coordination has significant affect to employee performance with a significant t 0,000<0.05. Organization commitment hasn’t significant affect to employee performance with a significant t 0,479 > 0.05. based on results simultaneus hipotesis testing, communication, coordination, and organizational commitment has a significant affect to employee performance with significant F 0,000 < 0,05.
