Abstract
ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, price, and promotion on product purchasing decisions of PT Matahari Department Store at Arion Mall. The research strategy used is an associative strategy. The population in this study were the people in the RT 011 / RW 014 Cipinang Besar Utara village with a population of 450 and this number was calculated using the Slovin formula, then obtaining a population of 212 respondents as the sample in the study. This research is a type of quantitative research, which is analyzed using the coefficient of determination with the SPSS (Software Product and Service Solution) version 26.0 program and hypothesis testing is carried out with the coefficient of determination test, t test, f test. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Price has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Promotion has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. product quality, price, and promotion together have a positive effect on purchasing decisions.
