Abstract
ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah dapat mengidentifikasi jenis kecacatan yang muncul pada produk padi di Kecamatan Telagasari, Karawang dan untuk mengetahui jumlah kecacatan terbesar dan usulan perbaikannya dalam upaya mengurangi kecacatan produk dengan menggunakan metoda Statistical Quality Control (SQC) di lahan pertanian Kecamatan Telagasari, Kabupaten Karawang. Objek penelitian ini adalah lahan pertanian yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Telagasari, Karawang. Data diperoleh berdasarkan catatan yang disimpan oleh pihak terkait selama dua periode 2018 hingga 2019. Metoda pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan metoda Statistical Quality Control (SQC), Diagram Pareto, Diagram Sebab Akibat (Fishbone) dan Why-Why Analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat jenis-jenis kecacatan pada padi yaitu padi basah, gelap, rusak, hampa dan benda asing. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan pada penelitian ini menggunakan Diagram Pareto diperoleh jumlah kecacatan di Tahun 2018 sebanyak 20,45%. Dibandingkan dengan tahun berikutnya Tahun 2019 jumlah kecacatan sebanyak 13,15%. Dengan demikian dapat dinilai jumlah kecacatan pada padi mengalami penurunan sebanyak 7,80%. Kata Kunci : Statistical Quality Control (SQC), Diagram Pareto, Diagram Sebab Akibat (Fishbone), Why-Why Analysis. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to identify the type of disability that appears on products of rice in District Telagasari, Karawang and to Knowing the largest number of defects and proposed improvements in an effort to reduce product defects using themethod Statistical Quality Control (SQC)on agricultural land in Telagasari District, Karawang Regency. The object of this research is agricultural land located in Telagasari District, Karawang. Data was obtained based on records kept by related parties for the two periods 2018 to 2019. Data collection methods were carried out by means of observation, documentation and interviews. The analysis was performed using themethod Statistical Quality Control (SQC), Pareto Diagram,Fishboneand Why-Why Analysis. The results of this study indicate that there are types of defects in rice, namely wet, dark, damaged, empty and foreign matter. Based on the results of calculations in this study using the Pareto diagram, the number of defects in 2018 was 20.45%. Compared to the following year, 2019, the number of defects was 13.15%. This it can be assessed that the number of defects in rice has decreased by 7.80%. Keyword : Statistical Quality Control (SQC), Pareto Diagram, Cause and Effect Diagram (Fishbone), Why- Why Analysis.
