Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengawasan program, Penyelenggaraan BPJS Tenaga Kerja tenaga kerja terhadap jaminan kesejahteraan hari tua. Strategi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah strategi penelitian yang bersifat asosiatif dengan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan data yang bersifat kuantitatif yaitu berupa hasil kuesioner yang diisi oleh responden yang merupakan anggota yang terdaftar di BPJS. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa : 1) Pengaruh Pengawasan program, Penyelenggaran BPJS Tenaga Kerja. 2 ) berpengaruh Terhadap kesejahteraan Hari Tua. 3 )
