Abstract
Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui perhitungan harga pokok produksi pembangunan rumah tinggal menggunakan metode full costing dan variable costing dan metode yang dilakukan oleh CV Ayorenovasi. Berdasarkan karateristik masalah yang diangkat oleh peneliti, maka penelitian ini diklasifikasikan sebagai penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data sekunder yang diperoleh langsung dari pihak perusahaan seperti data laporan keuangan perusahaan terkhusus pada laporan harga pokok produksi perusahaan ssecara khusus “Proyek Sunter tahun 2019”. Sedangkan untuk data serta data sekunder yang lainnya diperoleh dari buku, jurnal, internet atau media lain yang mendukung penelitian ini. Dari hasil analisis data, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perhitungan harga pokok produksi variable costing memiliki nilai lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan perhitungan harga pokok produksi dengan menggunakan metode full costing dan metode yang diterapkan perusahaan. Harga pokok produksi yang dihitung menggunakan metode full costing yaitu sebesar Rp 2.352.464 /m2, menurut metode variable costing yaitu sebesar Rp. 2.167.326 /m2 dan menurut metode yang diterapkan perusahaan yaitu sebesar Rp. 2.207.783 /m2. Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the calculation of the cost of production of residential construction using the full costing and variable costing methods and methods used by CV Ayorenovasi. Based on the characteristics of the problem raised by the researcher, this research is classified as a quantitative descriptive study. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained directly from the company, such as the company's financial report data, especially in the company's production cost report specifically "Sunter Project 2019". As for data and other secondary data obtained from books, journals, internet or other media that support this research. From the results of data analysis, the results show that the calculation of the cost of goods manufactured variable costing has a lower value than the calculation of the cost of goods manufactured using the full costing method and the method applied by the company. The cost of production calculated using the full costing method is Rp. 2,352,464 / m2, according to the variable costing method, which is Rp. 2,167,326 / m2 and according to the method applied by the company that is Rp. 2,207,783 / m2.
