Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat rancangan strategy map berbasis balanced scorecard pada PT Jakarta Industrial Estate Pulogadung (PT JIEP). Desain penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus (case study). Objek penelitian adalah strategy map yang akan menjadi usulan rancangan dalam menjabarkan dan mengkomunikasikan misi ke dalam strategi dengan lima prioritas strategis BUMN sebagai arahan menetapkan sasaran dan inisiatif strategik. Subjek penelitian ini adalah PT Jakarta Industial Estate Pulogadung (PT JIEP) yang membantu peneliti dalam proses pengumpulan data melalui observasi dokumen dan wawancara tidak terstruktur. Dari data yang dikumpulkan, peneliti melakukan pemetaan sasaran dan inisiatif strategik pada lima prioritas strategis BUMN. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan usulan rancangan strategy map berbasis balanced scorecard untuk tahun 2021 – 2024 pada level korporat PT JIEP. This research aims to create a balanced scorecard-based strategy map design at PT Jakarta Industrial Estate Pulogadung (PT JIEP). The research design used in this research is qualitatively descriptive with the case study method. The object of research is a strategy map that will be a proposed design in describing and communicating the mission into the strategy with five strategic priorities of state-owned enterprises (SOEs) as a direction to set strategic objectives and strategic initiatives. The subject of this research is PT Jakarta Industrial Estate Pulogadung (PT JIEP) which assists researcher in the process of collecting data through document observation and unstructured interviews. From the data collected, researchers conducted mapping of strategic objectives and initiatives on five strategic priorities of SOEs. The results of this study provide a proposed balanced scorecard-based strategy map design for 2021 - 2024 at the corporate level of PT JIEP.
