Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Layer Printing. Strategi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah strategi asosiatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan CV. Layer Printing. Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien determinasi menggunakan program SPSS versi 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, variabel Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, variabel Disiplin Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Dan secara simultan bahwa variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation, and work discipline on the performance of employees at CV. Layer Printing, North Jakarta. The strategy used in this research was associative strategy with survey method. The population of this study were all employees of CV. Layer Printing. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling method, with a total sample of 100 employees. Data collection techniques usied questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis used the coefficient of determination using the SPSS version 25.0 program. The results showed that the leadership style variable had a significant effect on employee performance, the motivation variable had a significant effect on employee performance, and the work discipline variable had no significant effect on employee.
