Abstract
Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profit (aspek ekonomi), people (aspek sosial), dan planet (aspek lingkungan) terhadap citra perusahaan pada PT. Transportasi Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif pendekatan kuantitaif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat sekitar kantor pusat PT. Transportasi Jakarta dengan metode pengambilan sampel simple random sampling berjumlah 97 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis koefisien determinasi parsial dan berganda, uji hipotesis dengan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistic 25.0. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa secara parsial variabel Profit (Aspek Ekonomi), People (Aspek Sosial), dan Planet (Aspek Lingkungan) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Citra Perusahaan, lalu secara simultan variabel Profit (Aspek Ekonomi), People (Aspek Sosial), dan Planet (Aspek Lingkungan) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Citra Perusahaan. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of profit (economic aspect), people (social aspect), and planet (environmental aspect) on the company's image in PT. Transportation Jakarta. The population in this research is the entire community around the head office of PT. Jakarta transportation with simple random sampling method numbered 97 respondents. The data analysis used in this research was a partial and multiple coefficients of determination analysis, a hypothesis test with the help of IBM SPSS Statistic 25.0. The research found that partially the variables Profit (Economic Aspects), People (Social Aspects), and Planets (Environmental Aspects) have a significant positive effect on the Company's Image, then simultaneously the variables Profit (Economic Aspects), People (Social Aspects), and Planets (Environmental Aspects) have a significant positive effect on the Company's Image.
