Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Profitabilitas (Return on Assets), Likuiditas (Current Ratio), dan Pertumbuhan Penjualan (Growth) berpengaruh terhadap Struktur Modal (Debt to Equity Ratio) secara parsial. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 17 perusahaan sektor Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2015-2019 dengan jumlah data sebanyak 85. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan alat bantu software Eviews 9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Profitabilitas (Return On Assets) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Struktur Modal (Debt to Equity Ratio), (2) Likuiditas (Current Ratio) berpengaruh positif terhadap Struktur Modal (Debt to Equity Ratio), (3) Pertumbuhan Penjualan (Growth) berpengaruh positif terhadap Struktur Modal (Debt to Equity Ratio). This study aims to determine whether Profitability (Return on Assets), Liquidity (Current Ratio), and Sales Growth (Growth) partially affect the Capital Structure (Debt to Equity Ratio). The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling method. The sample in this study was 17 property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2019 with a total of 85 data. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis with the Eviews 9 software tool. The results show that (1) Profitability (Return On Assets) had no effect on Capital Structure (Debt to Equity Ratio), (2) Liquidity (Current Ratio) had a positive effect on Capital Structure (Debt to Equity Ratio), (3) Sales Growth (Growth) had a positive effect on Capital Structure (Debt to Equity Ratio).
