Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah terdapat pengaruh Return on Assets, Debt To Equity Ratio, dan Total Assets Turnover terhadap Return Saham pada perusahaan sektor property dan real estate yang terdaftar di BEI. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, yang diukur dengan metode berbasis regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS versi 25. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor property dan real esatate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2016-2020. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 15 perusahaan, sehingga total observasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 75 perusahaan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah metode studi pustaka (dokumentasi data) melalui situs resmi www.idx.co.id. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa secara parsial : (1) Return On Assets secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap Return Saham, (2) Debt To Equity Ratio secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap Return Saham, (3) Total Assets Turnover secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap Return Saham (4) Secara simultan return on assets, debt to equity ratio, dan total assets turnover berpengaruh terhadap return saham. Kata Kunci : Return On Assets, Debt To Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, dan Return Saham ABSTRACT This study is aimed to test the effect of Return On Assets, Debt To Equity Ratio, and Total Assets Turnover on Stock Return Of Property and Real Estate company that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2016 to 2020. This research uses descriptives quantiative approach, which is measures using multiple linear regression based method use SPSS version 25. Sample was determined by purposive sampling method, and get 15 property and real estate company listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. So, total observation in this research are 75 companies. Data was collected by Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) official website : www.idx.co.id The results of this study indicate that partially : (1) return on assets partially has no significant effect on stock return, (2) debt to equity ratio partially has no significant effect on stock return, (3) total assets turnover parially has no significant effect on stock return, and (4) simultaneously, return on assets, debt to equity ratio, and total assets turnover have a significant effect on stock return.
