Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Efektivitas Good Corporate Governance (GCG) terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dan pengaruh Kinerja Lingkungan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur semen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif, dan data diolah oleh aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur semen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2015 sampai dengan tahun 2020. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan metode purpose samplingdan time series data, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 4 perusahaan manufaktur semen sehingga total data dalam penelitian ini sebanyak observasi 20 data.Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metoda dokumentasi melalui situs resmi IDX: www.idx.co.id dan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa (1) Efektivitas Good Corporate Governance (GCG) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur semen yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2015-2020. (2) Kinerja Lingkungan berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan semen yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2015-2020. (3) besar Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan semen yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2015-2020 memiliki penyimpangan data yang rendah dan penyebaran nilai merata serta memiliki data variasi yang rendah. (4) secara simultan Efektivitas Good Corporate Governance (GCG) dan Kinerja Lingkungan berpengaruh terhadap Nilai perusahaan. This study aims to examine the effect of the effectiveness of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on firm value and the effect of environmental performance on firm value in cement manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach, and the data is processed by the SPSS version 25 application. The population of this study is a cement manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2015 to 2020. The sample is determined based on the purpose sampling method and time. data series, with a total sample of 4 cement manufacturing companies so that the total data in this study are 20 observations. The data used in this research is secondary data. Data collection techniques using the documentation method through the official IDX website: www.idx.co.id and hypothesis testing using the t test. The results of the study prove that (1) the effectiveness of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) has no effect on firm value in cement manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period. (2) Environmental Performance affects the Company Value of cement companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period. (3) the large value of the company in cement companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period has low data deviation and the distribution of values is evenly distributed and has low data variation. (4) Simultaneously the Effectiveness of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and Environmental Performance have an effect on firm value.
