Abstract

PENGARUH ELECTRONIC COMMERCE (E-COMMERCE) TERHADAP PENINGKATAN PENDAPATAN USAHA MIKRO KECIL DAN MENENGAH (UMKM) DI KECAMATAN BEKASI UTARA ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengaruh e-commerce terhadap peningkatan pendapatan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kecamatan Bekasi Utara. Objek penelitian ini adalah UMKM di Kecamatan Bekasi Utara, Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, yang diukur menggunakan metoda berbasis regresi linier sederhana dengan SPSS 24. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah para pelaku UMKM yang berkolasi di Kecamatan Bekasi Utara pada tahun 2021. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan metode random sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 pelaku UMKM. Data yang digunakan mengunakan data primier. Teknik pengumumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa e-commerce berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap peningkatan pendapatan UMKM di Kecamatan Bekasi Utara. Hal ini dilihat dari segi omzet penjualan, jumlah pelanggan, dan jumlah pendapatan sebagai sarana untuk melakukan pemasaran produk dan kegiatan transaksi jual beli setelah memanfaatkan e-commerce untuk kegiatan usaha bagi pelaku UMKM. Kata kunci : e-commerce, peningkatan pendapatan THE EFFECT OF ELECTRONIC COMMERCE (E-COMMERCE) ON INCREASING REVENUE OF MICRO SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES (MSMEs) IN BEKASI UTARA DISTRICT This study aims to determine whether the effect of e-commerce on increasing the income of MSMEs in North Bekasi District. The object of this research is Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in North Bekasi District, Bekasi City. This study uses a quanitative approach, which is measured using a simple linear regression-based method with SPSS 24. The population of this study is the collaborating MSME actors in North Bekasi District in 2021. The sample was determined using the random sampling method, with a total sample of 100 MSME actors. . The data used is primary data. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing using t test. The results of this study prove that e-commerce has a significant positive effect on increasing MSME income in North Bekasi District. This is seen in terms of sales turnover, the number of customers, and the amount of income as a means to conduct product marketing and buying and selling transaction activities after utilizing e-commerce for business activities for MSME actors.
