Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of surplus value, communication, and opportunistic behavior control on the level of customer confidence in using internet banking at PT. Bank Sinarmas Rawamangun Branch. The strategies and methods used in this study are survey strategies and quantitative methods. The population used is the customer of PT. Bank Sinarmas, Rawamangun Branch, which has conducted internet banking transactions more than twice as many as 1,655 customers over three months (May - July 2019). The sample that will be used is 96 people. Based on the results and discussion shows that the three independent or partially independent variables (surplus value, communication, and opportunistic control behavior) each correlate positively with the level of customer confidence in using internet banking at Sinamas Bank Rawamangun Branch, the three independent variables (surplus value, communication, and opportunistic control behavior) simultaneously there is a very strong and positive relationship with the level of trust in using internet banking, partially there is a significant positive effect on the level of customer confidence in using internet banking at a 95% confidence level, partially there is Significant positive effect of communication on the level of customer confidence in using internet banking at a 95% confidence level, partially there is a significant positive effect on controlling opportunistic behavior on the level of customer trust and lam using internet banking at a 95% confidence level and simultaneously there is a significant positive effect of surplus value, communication, and opportunistic behavior control on the level of customer confidence in using internet banking at a 95% confidence level.
