Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh antara kepemilikan manajerial dan kepemilikan publik terhadap internet financial reporting. Kepemilikan manajerial dan kepemilikan publik digunakan sebagai variable independen. Internet financial reporting sebagai variabel dependen pada perusahaan Property dan Real Estate terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2016 sampai dengan tahun 2020. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 34 perusahaan sehingga total observasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 170 observasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metoda dokumentasi melalui situs resmi IDX: www.idx.co.id dan website perusahaan. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan software Eviews versi 10 dan SPSS versi 25 Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap internet financial reporting dan kepemilikan publik tidak berpengaruh terhadap internet financial reporting pada perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2016-2020. This study aims to examine managerial ownership and the public ownership effects toward internet financial reporting. Both of managerial ownership and the public ownership are used as independent variables. Dependent variable is internet financial reporting of property and real estate companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The reseach was quantitative. Population of this study is property and real estate companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2016 to 2020. The data collection technique used purposive sampling, with a total sample size of 34 property and real estate companies so that the total observations in this study were 170 observations. Data collection technique using the documentation method from the official IDX website: www.idx.co.id and companies website. The analysis model used was panel regression analysis using Eviews versi10 and SPSS versi 25 The results of this study prove that managerial ownership has an effect on internet financial reporting and the public ownership has no effect on internet financial reporting property and real estate listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period.
