Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return On Assets, Return On Equity dan Leverage terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan indeks Bisnis-27 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif yang diukur dengan menggunakan metoda berbasis data panel dengan software Eviews 11. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan indeks Bisnis-27 yang terdaftar di Busa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2015 sampai dengan tahun 2019. Sampel ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling, dengan sampel sebanyak 12 perusahaan indeks Bisnis-27 sehingga total observasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 observasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metoda dokumentasi melalui situs resmi IDX : www.idx.co.id. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Return On Assets (ROA) berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan indeks Bisnis-27 yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2015-2019. (2) Return On Equity (ROE) berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan indeks Bisnis-27 yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2015-2019. (3) Leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan indeks Bisnis-27 yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2015-2019. (4) Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) dan Leverage berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Nilai perusahaan indeks Bisnis-27 yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2015-2019. This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Assets, Return On Equity and Leverage on Firm Value on the Bisnis-27 index company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study uses a descriptive type of research which is measured using a panel data-based method with Eviews 11 software. The population in this study is the Bisnis-27 index company listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2015 to 2019. The sample was determined using the purposive method. sampling, with a sample of 12 Business-27 index companies so that the total observations in this study were 60 observations. The data used in this study are secondary data. The data collection technique uses the documentation method through the official IDX website: www.idx.co.id. The results show that (1) Return On Assets (ROA) has an effect on the Firm Value of the Business-27 index listed on the IDX in 2015-2019. (2) Return On Equity (ROE) has an effect on the Firm Value of the Business-27 index listed on the IDX in 2015-2019. (3) Leverage has no effect on the Firm Value of the Business-27 index listed on the IDX in 2015-2019. (4) Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) and Leverage have a simultaneous effect on the value of the Bisnis-27 index company listed on the IDX in 2015-2019.
