Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, struktur modal dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2019. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2019. Pengambilan sampel berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 33 perusahaan industri barang konsumsi, sehingga total observasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 165 observasi. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi melalui situs resmi IDX dan website masing-masing perusahaan yang menjadi sampel. Metoda analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi data panel dengan bantuan aplikasi Eviews 10. Berdasarkan hasil koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R-squared) dijelaskan bahwa profitabilitas, struktur modal, dan ukuran perusahaan memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan sebesar 95,42% dan sisanya 4,58% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa secara parsial profitabilitas (return on assets) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, struktur modal (debt to equity ratio) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan ukuran perusahaan (ln total aset) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. This study aims to determine the influence of profitability, capital structure and firm size on company value to industrial consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The population in this study are industrial consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. Sampling was based on purposive sampling method, with a total sample of 33 consumer goods industry companies, so that the total observations in this study were 165 observations. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. The data collection method uses documentation through the official IDX website and the websites of each sample company. The data analysis method uses panel data regression analysis with the help of the application Eviews 10. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R-squared) it is explained that profitability, capital structure and firm size have an influence on company value by 95.42% and the remaining 4.58% explained by other factors not included in this study. The results of this study conclude that partially profitability (return on assets) has a positive and significant effect on company value, capital structure (debt to equity ratio) has a positive and significant effect on company value, and firm size (ln total assets) has a negative and significant effect on company value.
