Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengelolaan dana zakat produktif yang dikelola oleh lembaga BAZIS memiliki pengaruh atau dampak yang besar terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat,selain itu penelitian ini juga ditujukan untuk mengetahui strategi pengelolaan dana zakat, dan upaya apa yang dilakukan lembaga BAZIS dalam melakukan pendekatan kepada masyarakat sekitar. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dalam pengungkapan hasil penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara secara langsung oleh narasumber yang memiliki informasi secara tepat. Perolehan informasi ini didapat langsung dari ketua koordinator lembaga BAZIS wilayah Jakarta Timur dan juga masyarakat penerima bantuan langsung dari lembaga BAZIS wilayah Jakarta Timur. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa dalam menjalankan strategi pengeloaan dana zakat produktif ini lembaga BAZIS sudah terarah dengan jelas dan matang sebab, sebelum menyusun strategi ini lembaga BAZIS mealkukan rapat tahun untuk membuat sebuah program. Dan upaya yang dilakukan lembaga BAZIS dalam melakukan pendekatan kepada masyarakat yaitu melalui dua cara antara lain melakukan pertemuan secara langsung dan juga melakukan kunjungan secara rutin untuk memonitoring kegiatan yang telah terencana sejak awal dan menerima aspirasi dari masyarakat. Dengan adanya dana zakat produktif ini masyarakat merasa sangat terbantu terutama kaum dhuaffa yang tadinya tidak memiliki harapan untuk hidup yang lebih baik sekarang berubah menjadi memiliki sebuah harapan yang nyata, semua itu tidak terlepas dari program-program nyata lembaga BAZIS. This study aims to determine whether the management of productive zakat funds managed by the BAZIS institution has a large influence or impact on the welfare of the community, in addition this research is also aimed at knowing the zakat fund management strategy, and what efforts are made by the BAZIS institution in approaching the community. around. This study uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach, in disclosing the results of this study using direct observation and interviews by sources who have the right information. This information was obtained directly from the chairperson of the BAZIS agency coordinator for the East Jakarta area and also the people who received direct assistance from the BAZIS agency for the East Jakarta area. The results of this study prove that in carrying out this strategy for managing productive zakat funds, the BAZIS institution has clearly and maturely directed because, before developing this strategy, the BAZIS institution held an annual meeting to create a program. And the efforts made by the BAZIS institution in approaching the community are through two ways, including conducting direct meetings and also making regular visits to monitor activities that have been planned from the start and receive aspirations from the community. With this productive zakat fund, the community feels very helpful, especially the poor, who previously had no hope for a better life, now have a real hope, all of which cannot be separated from the real programs of the BAZIS institution.
