Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi di PT Karyaputra Suryagemilang. Metoda penelitian yang digunakan adalah metoda survei, dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan datanya. Populasi sasaran dalam penelitian ini adalah 80 karyawan tetap di PT. Karyaputra Suryagemilang. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 67 orang, dimana penentuan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan menunjukkan secara parsial budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi di PT Karyaputra Suryagemilang ; ssecara parsial motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi di PT Karyaputra Suryagemilang ; secara parsial kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi di PT Karyaputra Suryagemilang dan secara parsial budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi di PT Karyaputra Suryagemilang Kata kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi ABSTRACT This study aims to determine whether organizational culture, work motivation, and job satisfaction have a positive influence on organizational commitment at PT Karyaputra Suryagemilang. The research method used is the survey method, using a questionnaire as a tool for collecting data. The target population in this study was 80 permanent employees at PT. Karyaputra Suryagemilang. The number of samples used in this study were 67 people, where the determination of the number of samples in this study used the Slovin formula Based on the results and discussion, partially showing organizational culture has a positive influence on organizational commitment at PT Karyaputra Suryagemilang; partially work motivation has a positive influence on organizational commitment at PT Karyaputra Suryagemilang; partially job satisfaction has a positive influence on organizational commitment at PT Karyaputra Suryagemilang and partially organizational culture, work motivation, and job satisfaction have a positive influence on organizational commitment at PT Karyaputra Suryagemilang Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment
