Abstract

PT. Triputra Furintraco merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang meubelair. Perusahaan harus menjalankan operasinya dengan efektif, efisien dan ekonomis di berbagai fungsi yang ada, salah satunya fungsi produksi. Atas dasar inilah ditemukan rumusan masalah untuk mengetahui apakah aktivitas produksi telah sesuai dengan SOP yang ditetapkan, dan apakah aktivitas produksi telah berjalan dengan efektif, efisien dan ekonomis. Audit operasional adalah suatu pemeriksaan terhadap kegiatan operasi suatu perusahaan, termasuk kebijakan akuntansi dan kebijakan operasional yang telah ditentukan oleh manajemen, untuk mengetahui apakah kegiatan operasi tersebut sudah dilakukan secara efektif, efisien, dan ekonomis. Teori pendukung yang digunakan adalah pengertian audit, audit operasional, pengendalian manajemen dan fungsi produksi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang menghasilkan penemuan-penemuan yang tidak dapat dicapai (diperoleh) dengan menggunakan prosedur-prosedur statistik atau cara-cara lain dari kuantifikasi (pengukuran). Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mengamati fakta�fakta permasalahan yang terjadi dalam PT. Triputra Furintraco agar dapat didiskusikan mengenai solusi atas permasalahan tersebut. Berdasarkan teknik analisis datanya, penelitian dilakukan melalui tahap�tahap audit operasional yaitu audit pendahuluan, penelaahan dan pengujian atas sistem pengendalian manajemen, audit terinci, dan pelaporan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses produksi di PT. Triputra Furintraco selama tahun 2017 telah berjalan dengan efektif dan sesuai dengan SOP perusahaan. Tingkat efektifitas terhadap biaya produksi adalah 86,96%, tingkat efisiensi sebesar 64,28% dan tingkat ekonomisasi terhadap biaya bahan baku adalah 74% yang berarti aktivitas produksi sudah efektif, efisien dan ekonomis. Kata kunci: Audit Operasional, Produksi, Efektifitas, Efisiensi, Ekonomisasi PT. Triputra Furintraco is a manufacturing company engaged in the furniture meubelair. The company must run its operations effectively, efficiently and economically in various functions, one of which is the production function. On the basis of this found the problem formulation to determine whether the production activity has been in accordance with the established SOP, and whether the production activities have been running effectively, efficiently and economically. Operational audit is an examination of a company's operating activities, including accounting policies and operational policies that have been determined by management, to determine whether the operations are already carried out effectively, efficiently, and economically. Supporting theories used are the definition of audits, operational audits, management controls and production functions. The method used in this study is a qualitative method of research that results in discoveries that can not be achieved (obtained) using statistical procedures or other means of quantification (measurement). In this study, researchers observed the facts of the problems that occurred in PT. Triputra Furintraco to be discussed about the solution to the problem. Based on data analysis techniques, research is done through operational audit stages, namely preliminary audit, review and testing on management control system, detailed audit, and reporting. The results showed that the production process at PT. Triputra Furintraco during 2017 has been running effectively and in accordance with the company's SOP. The level of effectiveness of production costs is 86,96%, the level of efficiency is 64,28 and the level of economization of raw material costs is 75% it means of production activity is effective, efficient and economical.
