Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan audit kepatuhan terhadap keputusan pemberian kredit mikro pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia.Tbk cabang bekasi sudah berjalan efektif sesuai dengan SOP. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan narasumber/informan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa dalam penerapan audit kepatuhan terhadap pemberian keputusan kredit sudah berjalan efektif sesuai dengan SOP, itu terlihat dari mulai pengajuan atau permohonan kredit, verifikasi data, survei, analisa, pemberian keputusan hingga pencairan kredit. Serta Resident Audit berperan penting untuk menunjang keefektifan pengendalian internal dalam proses pemberian keputusan kredit yang tepat. Maka fungsi dan tanggung jawab Resident Audit mendeteksi kelemahan-kelemahan atau kekurangan dalam pemberian keputusan kredit untuk mengurangi resiko yang dapat terjadi seperti kredit macet. Kata Kunci : Audit Kepatuhan, Kredit Mikro This study aims to determine the implementation of compliance audits on the decisions to grant micro credit at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia.Tbk branch of bekasi has been running effectively in accordance with SOP. The type of research conducted is descriptive qualitative research and data collection methods used are interview techniques, observation, and documentation with resource. Based on the results of the study, the authors conclude that in the implementation of compliance audits on the provision of credit decisions have been running effectively in accordance with SOP, it can be seen from the start of application or credit application, data verification, survey, analysis, decision making to credit disbursement. As well as Resident Audit play an important role to support the effectiveness of internal controls in the process of providing appropriate credit decisions. Resident Audit functions and responsibilities detect flaws or deficiencies in credit decisions to reduce the risk that can occur such as bad credit. Keyword : Audit of Compliance, Micro Credit
