Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Biaya Produksi berpengaruh terhadap Pendapatan, apakah Kualitas Produk berpengaruh terhadap Pendapatan, dan apakah Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap Pendapatan pada penjahit yang berada di Pasar Sunan Giri Rawamangun. Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi penelitian kausal. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data primer. Sumber datayang diperoleh yaitu dengan cara menyebar kuesioner pada Pasar Sunan Giri Rawamangun, yang akan diukur dengan menggunakan metoda berbasis regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS 24.0. pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t. Sampel yang telah ditentukan yaitu sebanyak 50 responden dari jumlah populasi sebanyak 106 responden. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa (1) Biaya Produksi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan penjahit di pasar sunan giri rawamangun, (2) Kualias Produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan penjahit di pasar sunan giri rawamangun, (3) Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan penjahit di pasar sunan giri rawamangun, dan (4) Biaya Produksi, Kualitas Produk, dan Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan penjahit di pasar sunan giri rawamangun. Kata Kunci : Kinerja Sistem Operasi, Biaya Produksi, Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan, dan Pendapatan This study aims to determine whether Production Costs affect Revenue, whether Product Quality affects Revenue, and whether Service Quality Affects Revenue on tailors located in Sunan Giri Rawamangun Market. This study uses a causal research strategy. The data used in this study is primary data. The source of data obtained is by spreading the questionnaire on Pasar Sunan Giri Rawamangun, which will be measured using multiple linear regression method with SPSS 24.0. hypothesis testing using t test. The sample that has been determined is as many as 50 respondents from the total population of 106 respondents. The result of research shows that (1) Production Cost has significant influence to the tailor's income in the market of sunan giri rawamangun, (2) The product quality has significant effect to the tailor's income in the market of sunan giri rawamangun, (3) The Service Quality has significant effect to the tailor's income in the sunan giri market rawamangun, and (4) Production Costs, Product Quality, and Service Quality have a significant effect on the tailor's income in the Rawamangun market.
