Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh retun on equity, current ratio, total asset turnover terhadap harga saham properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang diukur dengan metoda regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan software Eviews. Sample dengan metoda purposive sampling pada penelitian ini adalah 27 perusahaan kategori papan pencatatan utama pada sektor property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2020, sehingga total observasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 135 data observasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Sumber data pada penelitian ini berasal dari laporan keuangan dan diakses melalui situs resmi www.idx.co.id. Berdasakan hasil uji t (uji signifikan parsial) menyatakan bahwa ROE berpengaruh signifikan, sedangkan CR tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham properti dan real estate tahun 2016-2020 dan TATO tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham perusahaan properti dan real estate tahun 2016-2020. Hasil uji f (uji signifikan simultan) menyatakan bahwa ROE, CR, dan TATO secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan properti dan real estate tahun 2016-2020. This study aims to determine the effect of return on equity, current ratio, asset turnover on property and real estate stock prices listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. This study uses a quantitative type of research measured by multiple linear regression using EViews software. In this study, the sample with purposive sampling method was 27 companies in the main listing board category in the property and real estate sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The total observations in this study were 135 observational data. The data used in this research is secondary data in 2016-2020. The data source in this study comes from financial reports and is accessed through the official website www.idx.co.id. Based on the results of the t test (partial significant test) it states that ROE has a significant effect, while CR has no effect on property and real estate stock prices in 2016-2020 and TATO has no effect on stock prices of property and real estate companies in 2016-2020. The results of the F test (simultaneous significant test) state that ROE, CR, and TATO simultaneously affect stock prices in property and real estate companies in 2016-2020.
