Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana system dan prosedur pemberian kredit yang dijalankan oleh PT. Pegadaian (Persero), Cabang Pasar Senen. Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi penelitian kualitatif, dimana data dalam penelitian ini akan bersifat deskriptif dan banyak menggunakan analisis. Data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara dan memerlukan dokumen atau berkas yang ada pada PT. Pegadaian (Persero), Cabang Pasar Senen. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa system dan prosedur permintaan kredit yang disalurkan oleh PT. Pegadaian (Persero) sangatlah berjalan dengan baik sehingga berpengaruh signifikan atas kredit yang disalurkan kepada nasabah setiap tahunnya. This research aims to analyze how the credit system and procedures run by PT. Pegadaian (Persero), Cabang Pasar Senen. This research uses qualitative research strategies, where the data in this study will be descriptive and use a lot of analysis. The data used is primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques use interview methods and require documents or files in PT. Pegadaian (Persero), Cabang Pasar Senen. The results of the study proved that the system and procedures for credit requests distributed by PT. Pegadaian (Persero) is very well run so that it has a significant effect on the credit channeled to customers every year.
