Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja, karakteristik individu dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja pegawai SPBU Pertamina wilayah Tebet, Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini mengunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, yang dianalisis dengan data primer. Penilaian responden dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan IBM SPSS 25.0. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan sampel 86 responden atau seluruh pegawai SPBU Pertamina wilayah Tebet, Jakarta Selatan. Pengolahan data dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji t” dan Uji F”. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (X1) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai serta karakterisik individu (X2) dan lingkungan kerja fisik (X3) secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil uji F” menunjukkan bahwa kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (X1), karakteristik individu (X2), dan lingkungan kerja fisik (X3) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai SPBU Pertamina di wilayah Tebet, Jakarta Selatan. ABSTRACT This research aims to find out the effect of occupational health and safety, individual characteristics and physical work environment on performance at gas stations at Tebet, Jakarta Selatan. This study uses a quantitative research type, which is analyzed with primary and respondents data. Assessment using a questionnaire and processed using IBM SPSS 25.0. The data collection technique used saturated sampling with a sample of 86 respondents or all employees of Pertamina gas station at Tebet, Jakarta Selatan. Data processing with hypothesis testing using t” test and F” test. Based on the results of this study proves that occupational health and safety(X1), partially havn’t effect on employee performance and individual characteristics (X2), and the physical work environment (X3), partially influential effect on employee performance. The results of the F” test show that occupational health and safety (X1), individual characteristics (X2), and the physical work environment (X3) simultaneously affect the performance of Pertamina gas station employees at Tebet, South Jakarta.
