Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan dan penatausahaan aset pada pemerintah daerah kota Administrasi Jakarta utara. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, peneliti mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka kemudian membandingkan hasil yang diperoleh dengan literatur yang berhubungan dengan penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Objek penelitian ini adalah Suku Badan Aset Daerah Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan dan penatausahaan aset pada Pemerintah Daerah kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara sudah sesuai dengan Permendagri Nomor 19 Tahun 2016 Tentang Pedoman Pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah. Dalam pengelolaan dan penatausahaan Aset Daerah pada pemerintah kota administrasi jakarta utara masih memiliki beberapa kendala, seperti kurangnya kualitas jaringan yang ada, kurangnya kemampuan Sumber Daya Manusia dalam menjalankan sistem pengelolaan aset daerah, dan Menginventaris barang-barang yang perolehannya sudah lama. Namun, Suku Badan Aset Daerah terus berupaya meningkatkan kualitas SDM dengan memberikan bimbingan teknis kepada pegawai pengelola barang dan terus mengembangkan sistem agar jauh lebih baik. Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan Aset Daerah Dan Penatausahaan Aset Daerah ABSTRACT This study aims to determine how the management and administration of assets in the local government of North Jakarta Administration. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research, the researcher collects data through observation, interviews, and literature study and then compares the results obtained with the literature related to the research. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The object of this research is the Regional Asset Agency of North Jakarta City Administration. The results showed that the management and administration of assets at the North Jakarta City Administration was in accordance with Permendagri Number 19 of 2016 concerning Guidelines for the Management of Regional Property. In the management and administration of Regional Assets, the North Jakarta administration city government still has several obstacles, such as the lack of quality of the existing network, the lack of Human Resources capabilities in running the regional asset management system, and taking inventory of goods that have been acquired for a long time. However, the Regional Assets Agency Tribes continue to strive to improve the quality of human resources by providing technical guidance to employees who manage goods and continue to develop the system to make it much better.
