Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana manajemen rantai pasokan PT Inkenas Agung, mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana keefisienan dalam pendistribusian produk mayones, dan mengetahui dan menganalisis manajemen rantai pasokan yang digunakan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi produk mayones. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan eknik Purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis evaluasi risiko bencana, teknik analisis pemilihan pemasok, dan teknik analisis moda transportasi dengan rumus perhitungan analisis manajemen rantai pasokan, serta menganalisis pendistribusian produk mayones agar dapat efektif dan efisien dengan teknik wawancara maupun perhitungan biaya-biaya pengiriman dari dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa risiko bencana akan menimbulkan kerugian lebih besar jika perusahaan hanya memiliki satu pemasok saja, maka dari itu lebih baik memiliki beberapa pemasok pada setiap bahan baku. Pendistribusian mayones menjadi lebih efektif setelah dilakukannya penyortiran lokasi pengiriman dari surat jalan dan biaya pengirimannya sudah lebih efisien. Analisis manajemen rantai pasokan yang dilakukan sudah efektif dan efisien dari sebelum dilakukannya teknik-teknik tersebut. ABSTRACT This study aims to find out and analyze how the supply chain management of PT Inkenas Agung, find out and analyze how the efficiency in the distribution of mayonnaise products, and find out and analyze the supply chain management used in increasing the efficiency of mayonnaise products. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research approach, the data used are primary and secondary data. In this study using purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used in this study uses disaster risk evaluation analysis techniques, supplier selection analysis techniques, and transportation mode analysis techniques with supply chain management analysis calculation formulas, and analyzes the distribution of mayonnaise products in order to be effective and efficient with interview techniques and cost calculations. delivery of documentation. The results show that disaster risk will cause greater losses if the company only has one supplier, therefore it is better to have several suppliers for each raw material. The distribution of mayonnaise becomes more effective after sorting the delivery location from the mail and the shipping costs are more efficient. The analysis of supply chain management that has been carried out has been effective and efficient than before these techniques were carried out.
