Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah Desain User Interface, Harga Produk dan Reputasi Merchant berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Gadget di Tokopedia (Studi Kasus Pada Mahasiswa STIE Indonesia). Penelitian ini mengguanakan jenis penelitian deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden mahasiswa/i STIE Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0 dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Desain User Interface berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian gadget di Tokopedia, (2) Harga Produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian gadget di Tokopedia, (3) Reputasi Merchant berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian gadget di Tokopedia. Kata Kunci: Desain User Interface, Harga Produk, Reputasi Merchant dan Keputusan Pembelian ABSTRACT This study aims to test whether User Interface Design, Product Prices and Merchant Reputation affect Gadget Purchase Decisions at Tokopedia (Case Study on Indonesian STIE Students). The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling method with a total sample of 100 respondents from STIE Indonesia students. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis in this study used the Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0 method with hypothesis testing using the t test. The result are (1) User Interface Design has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for gadgets at Tokopedia. (2) Product Prices have no significant effect on purchasing decisions for gadgets at Tokopedia, (3) Merchant Reputation has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for gadgets at Tokopedia.
