Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan dana bantuan operasional kesehatan di Puskesmas Kranji, pengelolaan dana bantuan operasional kesehatan untuk pelayanan kesehatan di puskesmas Kranji, Bekasi Barat dengan Permenkes No 11 Tahun 2015 tentang pengelolaan dana BOK, terdapat hambatan pengelolaan dana bantuan operasional kesehatan di Puskesmas Kranji, dan puskesmas kranji mengatasi hambatan dana bantuan operasional kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer yang diperoleh dengan wawancara langsung dengan informan penelitian yang terdiri dari Bendahara BOK dan PT BOK. Dan data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumen yang berkaitan dengan dana BOK. Kesimpulan menyatakan bahwa hasil penelitian ini pengelolaan dana BOK untuk setiap program juga yang sudah ditetapkan dinas, pengelolaan dana BOK Puskesmas Kranji sudah sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No 11 tahun 2015, hambatan datang dari kebanyakan dari eksternal puskesmas, dan cara mengatasi hambatan dengan system cashbond, double job, memaksimalkan SDM, dan menjalankan program penaggunlangan covid dengan program di puskesmas tersebut.puskesmas Kranji Bekasi Barat kota Bekasi Jawa barat. This study aims to find out how the management of health operational assistance funds at the Kranji Health Center, the management of health operational assistance funds for health services at the Kranji Health Center, West Bekasi with Permenkes No. 11 of 2015 concerning the management of BOK funds, there are obstacles to the management of health operational assistance funds at the Kranji Health Center. , and the Kranji Health Center overcame obstacles to funding for health operational assistance. This study uses a qualitative approach. The data sources used are primary data obtained by direct interviews with research informants consisting of the BOK Treasurer and PT BOK. And secondary data obtained from documents related to BOK funds. The conclusion states that the results of this study are the management of BOK funds for each program that has been determined by the department, the management of the Kranji Health Center BOK funds is in accordance with the Minister of Health Regulation No. 11 of 2015, obstacles come from mostly external health centers, and how to overcome obstacles with the cash bond system, double job, maximizing human resources, and running a covid management program with the program at the puskesmas.
