Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui variabel apakah yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Trimitra Baterai Prakasa. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah beban kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja yang diuji pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Trimitra Baterai Prakasa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 65 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik data deskriptif. Pengolahan data menggunakan menggunakan program WarpPLS 3.0. dengan pengujian outer model dan inner model. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan. This study aims to determine what variable affect the performance of employees at PT. Trimitra Prakasa Battery. The variables used in this study are workload, work environment and job satisfaction tested its effect on employee performance. The method used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Trimitra Prakasa Battery. The sample in this study were 65 respondents. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistical analysis of data. Data processing using WarpPLS 3.0. by testing the outer model and inner model. The results of this study indicate that workload has a significant effect on employee performance, work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance.
